Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number if provided, billing and shipping address, order and transaction information, Contact-form submissions, email-marketing preferences, REMAIN waitlist or Quiet List subscription information, customer-service communications, and other information you voluntarily provide.
When purchasing is available, payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Intriguing Scents does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number in order to process your order.
When you visit or interact with our website, certain information may also be collected automatically through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages or websites, date and time of visits, website interactions, shopping-cart or checkout activity, general location derived from an IP address, cookie and consent preferences, and analytics or performance information.
The information collected depends on the technologies and privacy settings active on our website at the time of your visit.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to operate and maintain the Intriguing Scents website; provide products, resources, and services you request; process and fulfill orders when purchasing is available; provide transactional communications; respond to questions and customer-service requests; manage the REMAIN waitlist and Quiet List; send marketing communications when you have agreed to receive them; improve our website and customer experience; understand website performance; detect or prevent fraud and security incidents; maintain appropriate business and transaction records; enforce our policies; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of Intriguing Scents, our customers, and others.

3. Email Marketing, the Quiet List, and the REMAIN Waitlist
Joining the Quiet List or REMAIN waitlist is voluntary.
When you voluntarily subscribe, we may use your email address to send communications such as devotional reflections, prayer prompts, Intriguing Scents news, REMAIN updates, product information, and other communications described at the point of signup. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications necessary to complete a transaction, respond to your request, provide customer service, or communicate about an existing order or relationship.
Free Devotional Downloads
Downloading a resource that Intriguing Scents makes available as a direct download does not, by itself, enroll you in the Quiet List, REMAIN waitlist, or another marketing list.
Contact Form
Submitting a Contact form does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing communications. If you wish to receive marketing emails, devotional communications, or release updates, you must separately provide the applicable marketing consent.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and service providers that support our website, including Shopify, may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, maintain security, understand website activity, measure performance, and, where enabled and permitted, provide personalization, analytics, and advertising.

5. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
Our website and online store are hosted by Shopify.
Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, interact with, or make purchases through our store. This processing helps Shopify provide its platform and services to Intriguing Scents and to you.
Intriguing Scents currently has Shopify Network Intelligence enabled.
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may use information from your interactions with Intriguing Scents together with information from your interactions with other Shopify merchants and with Shopify to provide enhanced services.
These services may help Intriguing Scents and Shopify provide a more customized shopping or website experience, understand how customers interact with stores, products, websites, and advertising, improve Shopify products and merchant services, improve store performance and fraud prevention, and provide or measure more relevant advertising and marketing.
Information about your activity with Intriguing Scents may therefore be shared with and processed by Shopify and other service providers in connection with these services.

Because Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, certain Shopify services may use information from your activity with Intriguing Scents, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify for purposes that include personalization, measurement, and advertising.
Where applicable, you may opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities through the Data Sharing Opt-Out page provided on our website.
Depending on your location and applicable law, privacy choices may also be communicated through recognized browser-based signals such as Global Privacy Control or through Shopify’s privacy controls.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Intriguing Scents currently ships within the United States and U.S. territories and does not currently offer international shipping.
However, our website and service providers operate through systems that may process, store, or transfer personal information in other countries.
Because Shopify hosts our store and Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, personal information may be shared with or processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than the country or state where you live, including for services incorporating information from interactions with Intriguing Scents, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, qualifying transfers of personal information will be handled using applicable safeguards.

The Intriguing Scents website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.
